A media driver your computer needs is missing Winndows 8.1

Hello I have a problem, I used before archlinux now I want install agaion windows 8 into my hp "Hp pavilion 15-n248sa"  again, and I have problem during the installation I have a error

 

"

A media driver your computer needs is missing. This could be a DVD, USB, or Hard disk driver. If you have a CD, DVD, or USB flash drive with the driver on it, please insert it now.

Note: If the installation media for Windows in the DVD drive or on a USB drive, you can safely remove it for this step."

 

I look at the google and I found That I have to change usb from 3.0 to usb 2.0 but I do not have this options in bios...

Also I tried load sata but it looks that this sata is wrong..........I will be very greatfull for help.

Sorry that didn't work.

 

Are you sure you have a good installation media?

 

Normally you get that error when the installation file is either not complete or corrupt.

 

The ahci driver for the Pentium N processor is non existant.

 

You can try the one I have attached below which I derived from the chipset driver, but I think I am missing part of it.

 

However, that was all there was in the chipset driver folder for that chipset.

Hi:

 

If you are trying to install W8 from a USB flash drive, there is a USB2 port on the right side of the notebook you can plug it into, which is why there is no BIOS setting to change the USB3 ports to auto.

I try to install windows 8 from all my 3 port and same error from each port.

Paul i am having the same problem but i m using dell precision t3400. and i m installing windows 8.1 from a DVD CD. After booting when i click on install now the same msg box appears at my screen. Can u plz help me out ?
