HP Pavilion 15-211nt
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer does not charge in AC power. I pulled out battery and try to open directly connected to AC power. The charge white light blinks three times and does not open. In the battery the pc can open. As far as I can see that there is no damage at the cables. I did AC power diagnostic test (with battery and connected AC power), however, it cannot see the AC power.

I really glad to learn the solution of this problem,

Thanks

Hi,

That possibly indicates AC adapter is gone bad.

Please buy a new HP genuine part and try.

If you could provide me with full model name, product number of your laptop, I could help find one.

I tried with another adapter with same volt (but it wasn't hp) and it couldn't charge too. I guess the problem is in the computer. It is in the warranty but some reasons (but not related to this problem) it might out of warranty. I am considering of that. Sorry for the basic/unclear English.
Thanks for everything,

Warranty check here: http://support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty

If on battery, notebook can power on, then the issue you're facing may be due to AC adapter or DC power connector on the board.

Interestingly, the adapter can work at another place (e.g., a computer lab) with any problem. And I wondered that if I give a warranty, do I have to give the notebook too, or just enough giving the adapter?

In that case it may be board/power connector issue.

You may need to send both notebook with AC adapter for service to identify where the fault is.
