AC power adapter message

Product Name: HP Notebook - 15-ac657TX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 

I recently bought a new HP laptop & was supplied with a cable suited for Europe not Australia. The message below came up after I plugged the cable in using a univeral power adapter. I contacted HP about getting a replacement cable which arrived today & once again the same message popped up.  Is this something to be ignored? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
