Activation of windows 10 product key

Hp notebook 15-ac116TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I bought notebook nearly 1 month ago my notebook is asking for windows activation product key or asking to pay

HP does not preinstall OSs on their PCs that require the customer to activate them.

 

Unfortunately, some resellers are not reputable and may have installed an invalid version of Win10 on your PC in order to save money.

 

If yours came with Win10 preinstalled and is NOW asking for activation, then you need to contact where you bought it and have them either (1) fix it, or (2) take it back and refund you the purchase price.
