Alps Pointing Device Driver for Windows 7

I recently installed windows 7 professional x86 on my hp pavilillion dv4 1435ca. It has an Intel Core 2 Duo CPU  with 4.0 GB Ram.  My problem is that I seem to have lost the ability to scroll with my pointing device. Any suggestions?
