I read your post on the HP Support Forums. I wanted to reach out to you and help! I understand that you are receiving a pop-up about replacing the AC Power Adapter for your Notebook PC.
Are you using the adapter that came with your Notebook?
Ifyou areusing the adapter that was provided to you with the Notebook, then please try to update the BIOS. If you are using a power adapter, other than an adapter that was designed to be used with your computer, this can cause the notebook computer to display the pop-up that you have been experiencing.
