BATTERY FAILED TO CHARGE

HP PAVALION M6 1002TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear Sir,

I had purchased A laptop HP PAVALION M6 1002TX before 2.5 years,

now before 6 month earlier my hinges have failed and my charger do not charge battery.

I had replaced my hinges hence physical body is ok

I checked my laptop after changing ac charger and battery but still problem presist, I showed my laptop to a good electronics shop, they told me that this problem cannot be resolved,

I checked on internet that many more users of same laptop is facing both the same problems,

what should I do,
