When I try to upgrade it asks for a BIOS Adminsistrator Password we do not have that pasword?
No 2 (still not up working)

HP Business Notebooks such as Probooks or Elitebooks have more stringent security than consumer models in fact they don't produce 'halt codes', the password cannot be derived from the Serial Number and the code is stored in non-volatile memory so removing the RTC cell will not reset the password in this case.
Please have a look at this link.

Please Contact HP Business Notebook support they should be able to send you a customized SMC.bin file which you can use at boot to reset the password.

It is unfortunate that someone put a BIOS admin password on the notebooks and did not make it available to the actual IT system admin.
The PRoBook 4430s is an Enterprise class product, and as such has quite stringent security.
In order to clear the password you will either need to arrange for HP, an HP partner or an alternative method to service the notebooks.
