Battery charging light blinking. Is that right?

 

Thank you for sharing the issue details. I would like to help you.

 

I request you try the following steps below and check if that takes care.

  • Click the Windows “Start” button and right-click “Computer.
  • Click “Manage,” then “Device Manager.”
  • Click the “Batteries” section. A list of devices will appear.
  • Right-click the “Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery” device and click “Uninstall.”
  • Click the “Action” menu item and “Scan for Hardware Changes” to reinstall the driver.

Also, try the link below and go to section “Notebook battery power LED blinks” and follow the steps and check if that works.
