HP Recommended

Battery life is bad. Only turns on when the charger is plugged in. It tries to turn on without the charger and it fails. Even when the battery is full and i take the charger out while on it, it will turn of at 100%

If it is a recently bought HP battery and is within 1 year period, normally HP would replace it free of cost.

You've to go for replacement, no other solution I suppose.

You might be able to do battery test from HP support assistant software.
