Battery plugged in, not charging

Hp Envy 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello - My laptop is not charging. It displays "plugged in, not charging". I've tried uninstalling the battery driver from the the device manager and reinstalling with no luck. I've even tried switching batteries. The computer does run only on AC power if I remove the battery. Anyone have ideas on what else I can try? Thanks

Did you follow these steps when uninstalling?

I figured it out! I had to remove the AC adapter driver as well.

This doesn't seem to be working anymore and now will only charge when the computer is off. Any ideas?
