Battery problems

Hi, I have problems with the battery of my machine, this is an Elite book. The last week it´s worked good, in fact, I used the computer umplunged for 3 hrs without problems. This monday the computer give me this information "conectado y sin cargarse" plunged and without charge". I make a test and the result was: 

 

FAILURE ID: Q7N7KR-6S78KL-XD6V61-C0AT03

PRODUCT ID: E3V98LT#ABM

Hello @RAVAEL_PZ,

 

 

HP will replace the battery for you, if the unit is within one year from the time of Purchase.
