Battery stuck at 99%. It never charges full. What to do ?

Pavilion au006tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey Guys,

I purchased hp au006tx 2 months ago. There has been this issue with the battery. Everytime I put the laptop on charging, the battery goes staright to 99 % in like 40 minutes or less and then its stuck there. I kept it on charge for like straight 3-4 hours, nothing changed .

The battery check tool from HP shows status as good but it shows the full charge capacity as 99% . Why ?

Should I get my battery replaced by HP. I have it under warranty?

Any help would be appreciated.
