Battery wouldn't charge

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, another item that maybe related to my first posted question about freezing of my computer...

 

The Battery never charge more then 8,10%... was 4-5hrs run when new. Always running my laptop plugged on AC adapter. Trully a desktop.

Battery have about 2 years, big one.... keep my laptop tilted..

How it can be tested?

You could run the internal test, see here.  Or go here.

The battery can be tested at a local store like Battery Plus.
