Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

my hp pavillion 15 e066si .. with this corrupt BIOS and no operating system will be .. I can have a BIOS update in the format " ISO " 'cause she does not accept not even a system ... after the first phase of intslacao in the second of finalization jah not accepted.

I grasp that your BIOS has become corrupted and you are unable to load Windows.  You have a BIOS update file but it is an ISO and is not accepted by the system. Here are links to assist you with recovering the BIOS and updating.:

Be sure to connect to AC power and remove any peripheral devices such as printers, USBs  external hard drives or additional monitors. Please let me know the outcome.
