I was on my computer at a friends house and i hooked up to their high speed internet which i dont have at my house, as soon as i got connected my computer went a bit crazy. things popped up not error messages just like updates and that but also my computer sounded like it was playing alot of videos like advertisements all at once or right after another but their was no applications open.
so i tried to restart my computer twice and it kept going it so i just put my laptop on mute and did updates for adobe and my laptop. after a few updates my screen goes blue then a black screen saying my computer has been damaged and it goes blank with the blinking underscore in the top left corner.
so restarted my computer yet again and attemted to do what some of the other similar questions and prombems thaat were posted solutions but none worked.
like i tried to do a hard restart and that didnt work.
I click F10 for the reboot and it goes black to black screen.
tried to do the hard drive and memory test but no errors came up.
I dont have another computer to use to make the recovery disc. I am doing all this from my andriod phone.
I have an HP G56. thats all the info i have on it unless you can tell me where to look on the laptop to find the other information.

You’re not able to get your computer to load into windows.
Do a hard reset.
Power off the computer.
Remove the power cable and the battery.
Hold down the power button for 15 sec while booth power sources are removed.
This should reset the hardware in the computer.
As you power it back on tap the F2 key. This will load hardware diagnostics.
Run the startup test.
This will test all the hardware in the system and detect any problems.
If all test pass, load BIOS defaults.
Turn off the computer.
As you turn it back on tap the F10 key. This will load BIOS setup utility.
Press F9 to load defaults.
Press F10 to save and exit.
When the computer boots back up, check to see if everything is working.
If you’re still not able to load into windows, you can run a system restore.
This will take the system back to when everything was working correctly without affecting your personal files.
Here is a link on how to do a restore.
Clicking the White Kudos star on the left is a way to say Thanks!
Let me know how everything goes.
Have a good day.
