I also had the same issue. Did you have your laptop checked to determine it was the motherboard ?
My problem started when I shut down but it did not shut down it just showed that it was shutting down but it never did, so I shut it down but holding the power button down. The next day it did not start correctly and showed the exact symptoms the yours had.

IT IS NOTHING OTHER THAN RAM MAL FN:  check your ram,,,  remove it and reinsert after clean it ,,it will wrk like befor,if not you may hav trouble with tht hardware you may need 2 replace it,,try to use orginal hardware
