Blinking light on keyboard

My laptop took a while to turn on then when it did the fan came on and there is a blinking light on caps lock

 First thing in the morning after being off all night

I have read your post and understand that you need assistance in fixing blinking lights on the keyboard of the PC. Is that, right? I will be glad to help you.
