I just bought HP Pavlion dm4 1209tx and I am getting blue screen error IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. It usually occurs when I am playing music or watching videos. At first the system will just hang then the blue screen will appear. I am just a beginner so any kind of help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your quick response! I was able to run the application and I found out that NETw5s64.sys is the one causing the problem. I want to update this driver but I don't know how. Do you have any idea?

I have the same problem whit my hp envy 17.3, m7-j020dx, for be more specific, i was bought in florida best buy on black friday. I ran the updates and update each of them, including video and bios but i feel the same and the same way watching online videos. Do not know if this has something todo with the hardware or software. I would like to know where i have to call or give me a solution to this problem because, I`m still under warranty, according to hp page.
