HP Probook 640 G1
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi,

I am using HP Probook 640 G1 windows 7 64 bit. Does it have Bluetooth Low Energy support. I want to use a BLE mouse (Microsoft Arc Touch Mouse Surface Edition http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/en_US/pdp/Microsoft-Arc-Touch-Mouse-Surface-Edition/produc...

Currently my laptop doesn't find the mouse. Is there any driver or other solution that can help me?

Regards,

Hi,

Given your laptop had Bluetooth. Have you tried to allow the Microsoft mouse to be able to discoverable ?

Regards.

Yes. It is in Discoverable mode.

I think it is not getting connected because of issues with Low Energy Bluetooth.
