Bluetooth driver isn't working!!

Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Which are the Bluetooth drivers that can make the device work on this labtop, please??

 

HP 15-g023ne Notebook PC

Model #: K1R04EA

Serial #: [Personal Information Removed]

 

 

I have tried  the following driver here HP 15-g023ne Notebook PC - Software and Drivers,  but my bluetooth device doesn't work.Qualcomm Atheros QCA9000 Series Wireless LAN Driver

 

Here is the id for the Generic Bluetooth Adapter

1.Download hp support assistant.

 2.Run it and go to the tab updates and tune-ups.

3.Click in the button check for updates. It will find you the updates. 

4.Click in the button Download and Install.

5.When it finish restart your computer.
