Bought new laptop Jan 2017. Checked warranty, . Expired 18/12/2016. No labels on laptop

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My question did not match the board options but surely my warranty should start from the date of purchase

Scan your Invoice/Bill of purchase of this laptop, send to HP when asked.
