Brightness control keys.

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brightness control keys(f2+f3) stopped working. OS installed is windows 10. please reply. what to do?

Brightness control keys.

Hi,

 

Your notebook is listed as having Intel/AMD switchable graphics, so try the following.

 

First, download and reinstall the Chipset driver on the link below.

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72001-72500/sp72068.exe

 

When the Chipset reinstallation has completed, do not restart as prompted, instead download and reinstall the driver on the following link.

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72001-72500/sp72066.exe

 

When the reinstallation has completed, restart the notebook and let windows fully load for a few minutes before checking.
