C7280 All in One-There is no computer connection

My wireless feature works fine with my Vista HP computer for printing from it, but printer won't scan to computer.  Message = There is no computer connection. Refer to device documentation to troubleshoot.  I did not find my answer in Basics Guide.  Can anyone help???

I have the same printer. Do the following things.


Make sure your firewall is not blocking the connection attempts from the printer. For this you can look at the firewall logs and put your LAN on the trusted networks.

Make sure that the HP Imaging Monitor is running on the computer. It is denoted by a small greenish icon in the system bar.

I am having the exact same problem right now.  How do I check the firewall logs and add my network to trusted networks, as you said?
