CD/DVD Drive Stopped Working Windows 8

My CD/DVD Drive is not working. I have no Idea what to do.

 

Specs:

 

HP Pavilion dv6-6b85ec

Windows 8

 

HP CDDVDW SN-208BB Stopped working Code (19)

 

Device SCSI\CdRom&Ven_hp&Prod_CDDVDW_SN-208BB\4&bc34cf3&0&050000 had a problem starting.

Driver Name: cdrom.inf

If the auto fix doesn't work, try the manual fix listed by clicking the "Let Me Fix it Myself" heading.

Thanks for the answers in this forum, running this Windows automated fix it tool helped me, I hope it does for everyone with the same issue.

 

I have a HP Pavilion dv7-6c95dx, and I updated from Windows 7 Professional to Windows 8 Enterprise, then updated all drives listed in HP website for my laptop model, only DVD drive didn't work well.

 

I could see the drive, but after inserting a DVD Movie it didn't do anything, so now it's working well thanks to this tool.
