I have had this laptop for over 4 months and had no problem with the home wifi. Last few days ago, I could not connect to wifi anymore even though my phones and tablet are still able to connect the wifi. I looked around to find the switch that my old laptop had, but could not find it. Is there anyway I can fix it by myself? Can you please help! Thanks so much in advance!

I read your post about the WiFi issue, and wanted to assist you!
To start, can you provide me with the Product Number of the notebook? Here is a link you can use that will help you find your Model and Product Number:

In the meantime, have you tried performing a System Restore, to set the notebook back to its previous working state? If you are still having trouble, try reviewing the following document, and let me know how it goes:
