I have tried to factory reset by notebook HP 360 model 11-p120nr and it gets to 54% and then states your computer cannot be reset at this time. Ugh this just started and I've done everything

Hello, @arrogantbuckeye – Hope you are well 🙂

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Forums! I would glad to be of your assistance 🙂

I understand that your PC is stuck on a blue screen while trying to reset the PC. I found a wonderful document which will help you fix this issue. Please go to http://hp.care/2duigO0 and try the steps under “Step 4”.

Once done, you can follow the steps here to perform a system recovery: http://hp.care/2dW3S5w You can also attempt the process listed under “Recovery when Windows 10 does not start correctly” if the system restore did not work.

Those steps should do the trick, let me know the outcome!

Good luck 🙂
