Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am using hp notebook windows 10 home single language. I tried to factory reset my pc but it said "could not find the recovery environment" so i tried to create a recovery drive it said " we can't create a recovery drive on this pc some required files are missing" . help me fix this problem step by step . i dont know what to do

In this case, you can either you can order recovery USB from HP directly for your model with a charge

Or you can clean install Windows 10 Home 64 bit in your notebook using Microsoft windows media creation tool by creating bootable installation USB.
