The number 8, the letters I, K and the comma key is not working on my Pavilion. I replaced the keyboard with a brand new one and the same keys do not work.
What might be causing these keys not to work?

I understand that certain keys are not responding on the keyboard. You replaced the keyboard but the issue remained. Have you done all the Windows updates? Have you run the Windows troubleshooter?
