Certain keys not working on Pavilion 15-n013dx

Pavilion 15-n013dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The number 8, the letters I, K and the comma key is not working on my Pavilion. I replaced the keyboard with a brand new one and the same keys do not work.

What might be causing these keys not to work?

Thank you for looking.

Hi @happypdog89,

I understand that certain keys are not responding on the keyboard. You replaced the keyboard but the issue remained.  Have you done all the Windows updates? Have you run the Windows troubleshooter? Have you run the HP Support Assistant?  Here is a link to HP Notebook PCs - Notebook Keyboard Troubleshooting (Windows 10, 8) that may also help. Please let me know how it goes.
