Charger suddenly unplug when play dota / when system too heat ?

HP PAVILION P230AX AMD A-10
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

please give me solution ? when i was charging my notebook and i play dota 2 or another else heave app , suddenly charge was unlpug with indicator was off . can you give me solution ? my notebook is HP PAVILION 15 P230AX AMD A10 :Crying:

Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

I read your post about charger problems with your notebook and wanted to help.

 

If your charger plug is loose and that is why it is unplugging, you would have to take or send your laptop to an HP Service Center to have the socket in the laptop replaced.  We can do nothing about that from here.

However, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to see if the charger is faulty: HP Notebook PCs - Using and Testing the AC Power Adapter | HP® Customer Support
