Chromebook Touchpad not working

Product Name: Chromebook 11-2203TU
Operating System: Chrome OS

Hi there

The touchpad on 3 of our 11" Chromebooks (11-2203TU)   has suddely stopped working this week

I have read every help sheet I can find on it and have restored the machines twice (tried powerwash as well)

but have no luck.

Mouse plugged in works.  Tried adjusting the touchpad settings as well.

Any ideas please.
