Product: Compaq Presario CQ61
OS: Windows 7 x64-bit
Problem:
When I tried to connect my new wireless headphones to my computer, the driver wouldn't install. I don't know how to preceed from here, since bluetooth works in the sense of that I can use the computer as "loudspeaker" for my mobile phone - I can play media from my mobile phone on my computer through bluetooth.
How do I preceed from here? I tried this solution, but my computer said this driver couldn't be verified as being compatible with my hardware. Could you please help me?
