Quieria saber si hay compatibilidad con Windows 10 de mi notebook Envy-15 j003la y saber si ya se cuenta con todos los drivers disponibles.

Tengo una multifuncion hp Deskject 2492  scaner-impresora Y Fotocopiadora

Funciona perfectamente hasta windows-7

No hay driver para windows10, aunque he consegido escanEar con una aplicacion de windows-10, no de hp

 

La impresora esta nueva y es prActicamente igual a a las que venden ACTUALMENTE para windowS-10

 

Es incomprensible que no actualicen unos simples drivers de impresion y escaneo para ete tipo de impresoras y tengas que comprarte una practicmente igual pero que funciona con windows-10.

 

DUDO QUE VUELVA A COMPRARME NINGUN PRODUCTO DE HP.
