Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

For the last couple days when trying to type the F key is engaed, key is not stuck.

I understand that your computer is freezing and the F key is engaged. 

Not to worry, I will be glad to help. 

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your computer?

 

Recommend you run a system test and a component test on your keyboard. 

Shut down the computer. Wait for a minute.

Turn the computer On and keep tapping F2 repeatedly on startup to enter system diagnostics. Click here

Please run a system test on your computer. 

After the system test pass, please run a component test and test the keyboard. 

If the test fails, please contact our phone support for the service options available for your computer. 

If the keyboard F key works fine in the component test, please refer to the below articles for assistance troubleshooting the keyboard on your computer.
