Let me take a moment to thank you for posting on the HP Support Forums.
I understand that you have an HP Notebook - 15-ay039wm and can hear some sound coming from the right side of the keyboard area. I'd like to assist you with this case.
I understand that this is a new laptop and no changes may have taken place. Meanwhile, I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:
- Please check of the laptop is overheating.
- Does it sound like a loud fan noise which is inside the laptop?
- Please review the steps mentioned under "Using Windows Task Manager to identify corrupt processes" from this link: http://hp.care/2k55Z9h
Hope this information helps. Let me know. All the best! :)

For now please run complete system diagnostics on the machine from this link:

If the noise is annoying you could still contact HP phone support to get the unit serviced by following these steps.

Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number, Case number and phone number appear.
