Hi, I have a huge problem... My notebook doesn't turn on since yesterday and I have some important files on it... I need to recover those files but I'm afraid to open it cause of the Warranty... Can I do that?
Yes but we want to help you not to damage it in the process in which case you will have a problem with the warranty. We need your exact model number. That will tell us also what kind of hard drive you have so we can recommend an adapter cable to a usb plug and you can plug the hard drive into a different computer and harvest your important files from it. Then you can send it in under warranty to get the hard drive replaced.
