Hi I need driver

for Device ACPI\ASD0001\2&daba3ff&1

and for

Device ACPI\SMB0001\3&2411e6fe&0

Hi:

 

You need the touchpad driver for the ACPI\SMB0001.

 

Since HP does not support your notebook for Windows 8, try the touchpad driver directly from synaptics.

 

3rd one on the list.

ACPI\ASD0001:

 

I have zipped up and attached the W8 driver you need for that device below.

 

Download and unzip the file to its folder.

 

Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

 

Go to the device manager and click on the ASD device needing the driver.

 

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update Driver.

 

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.

 

Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.

 

Then reboot the PC.

Hi unfortunately the first driver you suggest me doesn't work correctly

and also I have some problems whit video driver I think

My model hp 255 g4 should have an video accellerator, but I haven't good resolution also on the normal screen, in the property says has "MICROSOFT BASE VIDEO CARD" but shoulb be an ATI r2

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to connect to the internet, do the W8 updates and take the free upgrade to W8.1 from the windows store.

 

Then use the W8.1 drivers and software from the 255 G4's support and driver page.

 

W8 is not a supported operating system so you will not find any graphics driver for it.
