HP does not "spare" (offer a replacement part number option) for just the glass and digitizer. You can however find them on eBay. Not an easy replacement job by the way but you can't get anywhere without the part:
You want to check your part against the pictures as I seem to recall HP used two different glass panels with different sized ribbon cable tabs.

I would say that is the screen and the glass but you still need to check the picture against your part to see that the ribbon cable connectors for the glass and digitizer are the same.
