Disappointment with product & service.

HP Recommended

I purchased a HP Mini 210 - 4000 last Christmas and it has been nothing but trouble. The space bar has never worked anywhere near as well as it should and the hard drive has failed twice. I've found it impossible to e-mail my displeasure to anyone because according to the contact page on the website, my  product doesn't exist. Can anyone suggest an e-mail address I can contact that might be of any use?

I am really sorry about your disappointment and displeasure.

 

Can you post on what page your product doesn't exist ? It should be listed as far as I can found it here.

Have you contacted HP representative or Authorized Service Center to check your computer (you mention hard drive failures) ?

Hi,

 

Thanks for getting back to me, I couldn't find my product on any of the pages regarding contacting someone. The following link is as far as I could get, because my product wasn't listed.

I have recently fixed the second hard drive failure as my laptop is still under warranty, but I rarely use the laptop as I am scared it will break again, and it is near enough impossible to type on. Due to the painfully slow operating speeds, fragile hard drive and inability to type properly, the notebook has never been worth using. Thank you for the suggestion, but the link you have provided leads to the same situation where my product isn't listed for help.

 

Any further suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you for your post back.

 

The contact form varies from country to country.

 

For example, in my country it seems one, but for the USA it is totally different. For example in my country one don't have to pre-select the product and the serial number to contact support while in USA it is mandatory. Please, let me know where you are and which country you bought your product from.

 

As for the USA, if you choose to contact HP for support questions after you bought the product (to email HP), and when you need to select your product -> you choose Notebooks -> HP Mini PC -> HP Mini 210 PC series -> and finally you select HP Mini 210-4000 CTO ( I can see it listed)

I just found it -> it leads to:

You need to enter product and serial number and email form will be present.

Additionally, for faster contact Chat function and Phone numbers are provided.

Thanks for your help, it is much appreciated!

 

I am living  in the UK, in  Liverpool. I will wait until the appropriate people have been in touch, I think this will be more beneficial than trying to say the same thing to two different people. Hopefully I can get the issue sorted now. Thanks again for your help.
