Downloading Windows 7

HP Recommended

My hard drive recently crashed, and while almost everything was successfully recovered, I am no longer enjoying a Windows 7 operating system. I recieved a free upgrade through HP shortly after purchasing my laptop, from Vista, and while I still have the product key, I lost one of the CDs in a recent move and can no longer install it that way.

Is there anywhere I can download it safely and for free?

Note book, HP probook 6545b,

It came with Win 7 pre installed. However I lost my windows 7 recovery install on my HD. For the time being I'm running Win XP Pro which came on CD with my note book.

Could some one help me out where or which version Win 7 I can download.

All key's and installation numbers still available.. so I'm anxious getting Win 7 up and running again.

Best regards,

Frans

@Raymundh, thank you for your reply, I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.
