Unfortunately, I don't know what the problem is with your touchpad.

 

I rarely install any drivers for it and just use the default driver that came with Windows.

 

Try the synaptics touchpad driver directly from Synaptics and see if that resolves the problem.

yes, i installed that driver for my pc. and then, i cannot use rightside of touchpad to sroll. i must use two fingers to do that.
