EliteBook 840 G1 Keyboard Backlight Time

HP Recommended

Currently, the keyboard backlight turns off after 15 seconds of inactivity.  Does anyone know a way to extend that?  I can't seem to locate any settings within Windows.  Would it be in the BIOS settings?  THANKS!

In the 840 G3 it is in the BIOS settings:

  1. "Advanced"
  2. "Built-in Device Options"
  3. "Backlit keyboard timeout"

They Really need to get on top of the game and make an application for something as mundane as Setting the backlight time.
