One of our forum members wrote a program that provides unlock codes for notebooks that generate a system disabled code that begins with the lower case 'i.'

It is not for public distribution.

For most other HP consumer class notebooks that don't have an 'i' in front of the code, you can use this site.

Anytime you need a code that has the lower case 'i' in front of it, just post it here and someone will be able to give you an unlock code.

I would say you will get an unlock code within 30 minutes.
