Product Name: Hp 11y-010wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Hi I've been having issues with my laptop is suddenly had this automatic repair Loop issue now when I went to turn it on it says enter administrator password or power on password I don't know it can you please help me

When I enter it wrong 3 times it says system disabled and I see this code [i 59183744]

Unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try other than to contact HP technical support for further assistance.

 

You can also try entering the system disabled code in the box at the link below and see if you get a different code to try.
