@KNRK I am not 100% sure which version my laptop came with, but I did update it to Windows 10 after having it. I am pretty sure it was Windows 8 before, but I am not 100% sure. Is there anyway that I can find out for sure (if it matters)?

We do not have BIOS version compatible for Windows 10 OS Image for your HP unit
Could you please check the current BIOS version on your HP Unit for me ?

I clicked on the link. It is the exact same page I was at before when I tried to update my BIOS. There is no BIOS option available to click on. I can send a screenshot if you'd like?
It automatically selected my operating system as Windows 10 (64-bit). Should I change it to something else?

Click on the change button in the HP site
Ensure you select Windows 8.1 64 Bit OS Image
and then you should see the BIOS version which I talked about
Below is the screenshot:
Note: You can continue to install this BIOS version even though you are using Windows 10 OS Image

Ideally changes can be instant
Use your HP unit coulple of times and share your experience with us
If you dont see any changes, that could be a product limitation as well
Let me know how it goes

@KNRK there has not been any changes so far. Everything is still not working as it should be, or at least at the handicapped state it was before I got help (which is way preferable compared to how it is now).
What do you mean by, "if you don't see any changes, that could be a product limitation as well"?
What can I do to fix my laptop? It should be working properly I don't understand why I have to deal with these issues and that no one can help me fix them.. 😞
