I CANT SEE THEM ON ANY PART OF THE LAPTOP.

Hello @fidle,

 

 

In order to change the features  you would need a special tool only available to HP support personnel and approved support partners.

 

Contact HP technical support directly for tattooing BIOS chip.

Only HP proprietary tools can solve this problem.
