Factory Image Recovery Preparation Struck on 97% of copying File

HP Recommended

when i try to reset factory settings of my laptop model n010tx win 8

it gets stucks on 97% of copying files require to restore the hard drive

 

m using recovery disks.....

 

please help me what to do????

 

 

showing error code = 0xEFFFF08
