This is a HP 15 Notebook PC  System 233F Born on 10/15/2014

I installed a Disk update system (Slimware?) it said my disk were outdated but my Computer was working fine, when I deleted the Slimware my screen went blank and when I try to bring up my computer it brings up HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UFI Version 5;9.0.0 screen. What do I need to do to get back on my computer?

Immediately after powering on start tapping the Esc key. This should open a menu where you tap F11. On the Options screen click Troubleshoot. On the next screen click Recovery Manager.

Nothing has worked, not able to use that computer yet.

Have you used Hardware Diagnostics? Is that what gives you the failure id? I assume it is on hard drive test? If so the hard drive has failed/is failing and will have to be replaced.
