Re: Flashing blue light will not power up

Hi @Dennychartier,

Thank you for visiting the HP Forums!

I have looked into your issue about your HP Pavilion dv6700 Notebook and having an issue with a new power supply. What is the part number from the New AC adapter?

Please let me know.

Re: Flashing blue light will not power up

Hi @Dennychartier,

Could it be possible that you should be using a 90 W AC Power Adapter not a 65 W AC. I was wondering if you could borrow one from someone to see it that is the issue?

Could I get the Model Number from the Notebook.

Please let me know.

Thanks.
