Product: hp pavilion g4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (32-bit)

When I select Reset PW window pop up states:No Drive "This feature requires removable media, such as a USB flash dive.  Please connect a USB flash drive, and then try again." 

I don't have one, Is there any other way to reset pw or by pass, pressing f11 didn't work either and no recovery disc.

Just goes to user login when restarting.

Have you backed up data from this machine?

Use LiveCD to copy files to external drive. Create LiveCD from another computer.

Did your laptop come with Windows 8/8.1 from factory?

If so, you can do clean install of Windows 8.1 using Microsoft windows media creation tool.
